Fundraising 2024

This year, our student association is excited to introduce a new initiative: the construction of a school in Africa. Continuing our tradition of collaboration, we are once again partnering with Hasene Sweden. Our esteemed partner has a track record of impactful projects, having previously established schools in Uganda (refer to the images below), as well as Hasene International schools in Somalia and Nigeria, among other locations. Our goal is to establish a fully equipped classroom environment, complete with solar panels to provide power to the school, along with essential furniture such as benches and chairs.

Sadaqah Jariyah

Sadaqah Jariyah is a concept in Islam referring to continuous, ongoing charity. It's a form of charitable giving that not only benefits the recipient but also continues to generate rewards for the donor even after their passing. Examples of Sadaqah Jariyah include building a mosque, digging a well, planting trees, or establishing educational institutions like schools and libraries. The idea is that these acts of charity continue to benefit individuals and communities long into the future, earning blessings for the donor in this life and the Hereafter.
